We were easily and to take a tram or walk to Circular Quay too. ” The Pyrmont Bridge forms a historic centrepiece to the area, but don't expect any other history to discover - outside of the museums that is. The redevelopment of the area has swept away all that used to be. However, the neighbouring suburbs of Pyrmont and Ultimo, just 200 metres or so from the waters edge have many of the original pubs and terraces that were previously inhabited by the dockers and warehouse workers during previous life of the area. Toilets are located under the Pyrmont Bridge on the eastern side, next to first aid, in Harbourside and Cockle Bay Wharf, and next to the curtain fountain at the southern end precinct. They are available at several other locations as well. Baby change facilities are available there too. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Room very nice with nice view. The Hotel is in a very convemient location. We needed to modify our reservations due to the coronavirus situation. Staff was quite helpful making several adjustments as flights were canceled. Francisco went way above expectations to help with personal dietary issues. So, the staff were one key element in making our stay pleasant in trying times. The other key element was the location Despite most everything being closed, the location and the view of Darling Harbour were exceptional. We spent hours looking out the window enjoying the view. Even a better place to stay when the tourist sites are open. Good location. Bar downstairs was a nice place for pre dinner drinks. Breakfast had a good selection.

My one disappointment is the TV. I have stayed many times in your hotel and find access to cations on your TV's impossible to find. It seems there aren't any which is odd because I have stayed in many other hotels also with Accor and find they all provide captions for the hard of hearing customers.
